At Black Diamond coffee we are dedicated to excellence.  It is our goal to provide you with a rich and satisfying cup of the highest quality.  In the weeks and months to come we will feature a carefully crafted selection of coffees from around the world.  Our selection will change as each crop peaks and becomes available.  We work very closely with our roasters to bring you a cup of exacting standards.

We take the same care and commitment with our espresso.  It is served in the ristretto style. We searched for several  years to find this blend which we are proud to offer.  It is sweet with deep chocolate flavors and is excellent served in the small cup and as a base for our latte's.

Our feature coffee for the month of December is an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe "Wondo Worka ".     Candy like aroma and a legion oif fruits open this clean cup.  Honey, cherry and apricot with a bright acidity.  Astounding sweetness with a syrupy body.

We are also fortunate enough to be able to acquire a small supply of Epic Espresso which we will be running at the Bean Counter in Shrewsbury as well as at Black Diamond
